With an emphasis on subtle awareness, breath, and inner listening, this class invites you to move in ways that feel authentic rather than look a certain way. Somatic comes from the Greek word Soma, meaning “body” and speaks to moving with conscious awareness of your body’s sensations, perceptions and signals.
In these safe, supportive sessions, you’ll:
• Cultivate body literacy and deepen self-awareness
• Develop embodied resources to support everyday life
• Remember the simple joy of being in your own body
We begin with inward listening that expands into outward exploration, supporting a sense of aliveness and connection. Each month we’ll explore different themes through touch, visualisation, music, and metaphor—practices that help us open outward, as we express and allow life move through us.
