The quality of our practitioners, and the intimacy of our classes make this a wonderful space to move and flow in.

We keep class sizes small (maximum 8 for movement classes, maximum 10 - 12 for meditation, sound baths & moments of stillness) - ensuring you receive personal guidance, attention, and encouragement in every session.

Our team of dedicated teachers bring a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and expertise to help you move with confidence, restore balance, and find greater wellbeing.
