Expect to work with conscious effort, exploring how strength and softness can coexist. This steady flow weaves together mobility drills, breath-led movement, and moments of stillness—inviting you to move with integrity rather than intensity.
Each session begins with grounding and joint preparation, builds through intelligent, breath-centred movement, and closes with deep rest and nervous system recovery. This is yoga that strengthens from the inside out—steady, adaptable and embodied. You'll leave feeling capable, connected, and grounded.

yin flow yoga
Fall back in love with your body with a class that blends gentle Hatha Flow and longer-held Yin poses. The flowing sequences of Hatha help ease the body into movement, while Yin works more deeply with passive postures that target the joints, fascia, ligaments, and energy pathways. Together, they create a balanced practice that soothes muscle tightness, relieves fatigue and stress, and supports recovery from injury, surgery, or burnout.
This gentle and restorative class is suitable for all levels — especially beginners, those with chronic illness, or anyone needing a slower, grounding practice. With no fast or dynamic movement, it offers space to reconnect with yourself and rediscover the strength and magic of your body.
Friday 9.30 - 10.30am

While calm and deliberate in pace, the class offers a welcome challenge, inviting you to explore your edge and develop a deeper awareness of how your body moves and what it needs.
Accessible to all levels, this practice meets you where you are. You’ll be supported to move at your own pace, tuning in to what feels right and learning to recognise both your capabilities and your limits. No experience needed, just a willingness to slow down, listen, and move with intention.
