Our focus is on functional, mindful movement - practices that support strength, mobility and ease in everyday life, while inviting space for stillness and reflection.
Each session flows with a slow, steady rhythm, guided by seasonal and monthly themes that root us in nature’s cycles.
This is a practice for those seeking more than the physical postures - a chance to explore presence, deepen awareness and be part of a warm, like-minded community.

somatic yoga
Gently nurture your nervous system and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body.
Through slow, mindful movement, you’ll release held tension and create space for greater ease and balance.
With an emphasis on subtle awareness, breath, and inner listening, this class invites you to move in ways that feel authentic rather than look a certain way. Somatic comes from the Greek word soma, meaning “body,” and refers to moving with conscious awareness of your body’s sensations and signals.
Each session supports the nervous system to settle, fostering a sense of calm, clarity, and awareness. Perfect for anyone wanting to ease tension, soothe their nervous system and cultivate emotional wellbeing in a nurturing space.

restorative yoga
A calming evening practice designed to help you slow down, release the day, and restore balance. With the support of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, each posture is held with ease, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.
The unhurried pace creates space for presence, breath, and gentle awareness, inviting you to reconnect with often-overlooked parts of yourself. This blend of gentle movement and restorative stillness nurtures a sense of wholeness and belonging within the wider rhythms of nature and life, leaving you replenished, grounded, and renewed.

qi gong
Start your Wednesday with a blend of Qi Gong, breath-led movement, and grounding practices to awaken the body and clear the mind.
Qi Gong (pronounced chi-gong) is a gentle, flowing practice from China that weaves together mindful movement, breath, and intention to support balance, vitality, and ease in both body and mind. Often described as a moving meditation, it helps release tension, improve energy flow, and cultivate a deep sense of wellbeing.
Each session combines slow, intentional flows with energising techniques to leave you feeling centred, balanced, and ready for the day ahead. Suitable for all ages and abilities — no experience needed, just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and explore.

beginners yoga
Step into yoga with gentleness and curiosity. This class is designed for those new to yoga or returning after a break, offering a supportive introduction to the foundations of practice.
Through slow, steady movement, mindful breathing, and simple postures, you’ll begin to build confidence, strength, and ease. The focus is on listening inward rather than “getting it right,” helping you to move safely, rest deeply, and connect with your body in an authentic way.
Each session is an invitation to calm the mind, nurture the body, and explore how yoga can support your everyday life. No flexibility or prior experience required - just a willingness to arrive as you are

yin flow yoga
Fall back in love with your body with a class that blends gentle Hatha Flow and longer-held Yin poses. The flowing sequences of Hatha help ease the body into movement, while Yin works more deeply with passive postures that target the joints, fascia, ligaments, and energy pathways. Together, they create a balanced practice that soothes muscle tightness, relieves fatigue and stress, and supports recovery from injury, surgery, or burnout.
This gentle and restorative class is suitable for all levels — especially beginners, those with chronic illness, or anyone needing a slower, grounding practice. With no fast or dynamic movement, it offers space to reconnect with yourself and rediscover the strength and magic of your body.
Friday 9.30 - 10.30am

mindful movement
A steady and empowering hour of mindful movement combining breath-led bodyweight flows, balance work, and mobility training. Each session strengthens and mobilises the body while cultivating focus, clarity, and ease.
Movements are purposeful and controlled, building strength, improving coordination, and expanding range of motion, all guided by the rhythm of your breath. While calm and deliberate in pace, the class offers a welcome challenge, inviting you to explore your edge and develop a deeper awareness of how your body moves and what it needs.
Accessible to all levels, this practice meets you where you are. You’ll be supported to move at your own pace, tuning in to what feels right and learning to recognise both your capabilities and your limits. No experience needed, just a willingness to slow down, listen, and move with intention.
