These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to sessions booked at Mill Yard, including but not limited to group studio classes and sauna sessions, and workshops, courses & experiences.

Any bookings made on practitioner partner websites will be subject to their own T&Cs.

We may amend these T&Cs from time to time.

who we are

We are Petworth Wellbeing & Lifestyle Ltd, trading at Mill Yard. Registered in England and Wales under company number: 16489655.

booking

If you are a new client, a unique client profile will be created.

This profile will include the following information - your full name, your mobile phone number and your email. Bookings automatically generate email confirmation and reminders. We may also need to contact you by phone regarding the class or event.

In order to attend a class, you must be aged 18 or over. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you may only attend with the consent of your parent or guardian.

We will communicate our acceptance of your booking with a Booking Confirmation sent by email. You need to read this in full as it contains important information about the class and may include links to questionnaires that we need you to complete before attending.

cancellation policy

studio classes & sauna sessions

  • Class cancellations can be made via the website or the Momence mobile app up to 24 hours before your class start time without penalty.

  • Any non-cancellations (absences) or late cancellations will result in the session credit or payment being forfeited.

  • Please ensure you arrive on time. The studio door will be closed at the beginning of each class, and late entry cannot be guaranteed.

  • Mill Yard is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. While an area is provided for leaving valuables inside the studio, please note that items are left at your own risk.

  • Please book in advance of attending the studio. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay in full at the time of booking.

workshops, courses & experiences

  • Cancellations can be made via the website or the Momence mobile app up to 48 hours before the start time without penalty.

  • Refunds will be issued as credits to your Mill Yard account. Please note we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Any non-cancellations (absences) or late cancellations will result in the booking being forfeited.

  • If we are able to fill your cancelled space, we will carry your booking forward, please give us as much notice as possible.

our rights to cancel

If we have to cancel a class, course, workshop or experience due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you and either offer an alternative date or offer you a full refund.

waitlist policy

  • We offer waitlist spaces for sessions and experiences. When a spot becomes available, you will receive an SMS or email to confirm your spot. 

  • The available spot will remain reserved until the system completes the waitlist process.

physical activity acknowledgement

We are here because we care about your wellbeing. While our sessions, workshops and events are designed to be safe and supportive, they may involve physical activity that carries some risk. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge this and take part at a level that feels right for your body. You understand that the staff at Mill Yard are not a replacement for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please also note that personal belongings are your responsibility and Mill Yard cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.

By booking into a session, workshop, course or event at Mill Yard, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
