Our beautiful, purpose built sauna has panoramic views over the adjacent Mill, orchard, and rolling South Downs.
Indulge in the art of contrast: the soothing heat of the sauna followed by a refreshing plunge into our cold water therapy tanks. The cold water for our tanks is taken directly from the mill stream - water that has been purified by being filtered through the chalk of the South Downs, and is kept at a constant, cool temperature.

A 60 minute sauna in one of our communal sessions is £17 drop in - or you can buy one of our multiple session packs for even better pricing. They can be used for classes in our movement studio, too.
