Sauna Membership Agreement:

1. About your membership

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for membership of the Mill Yard Wild Sauna ("the Sauna"), operated by Mill Yard ("Mill Yard", "we", "us" or "our").

By purchasing a sauna membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Membership fee and payment

2.1. Membership costs £30 per month.

2.2. Membership is paid by recurring monthly payment using the payment method provided at the time of joining.

2.3. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

2.4. The monthly membership fee will be charged on or around the same date each month as your original membership payment.

2.5. If a payment fails, Mill Yard may suspend membership benefits until the outstanding payment has been successfully received.

3. What your membership includes

Each monthly membership includes:

• 2 communal Wild Sauna sessions per calendar month.

• 10% off additional communal sauna sessions booked by the member.

• 20% off private sauna sessions booked by the member.

Discounts apply to bookings made directly by the named member and cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Sauna sessions and bookings

4.1. Membership sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

4.2. All sauna sessions booked using membership sessions are subject to Mill Yard's standard 24-hour cancellation policy. Members must cancel or amend a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

4.3. Where a member cancels a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or fails to attend a booked session, the session will be treated as used and will not be returned or credited to the member's monthly membership allocation.

4.4. Monthly membership sessions are for the named member only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or carried forward into a future month.

4.5. Unused monthly sessions expire at the end of the relevant membership month and do not accumulate.

4.6. Membership does not guarantee availability of a particular session, date or time.

4.7. Members are required to comply with Mill Yard's sauna rules, safety guidance and any reasonable instructions given by Mill Yard staff or sauna hosts.

4.8. Mill Yard reserves the right to refuse access to the Sauna where this is reasonably necessary for safety, operational or behavioural reasons.

5. Additional and private sauna sessions

5.1. Members receive 10% off the standard advertised drop-in price of additional communal sauna sessions.

5.2. Members receive 20% off the standard advertised price of private sauna sessions.

5.3. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts unless expressly stated by Mill Yard.

5.4 Discounts are for the use of the member only and cannot be used to book for other customers

5.5 Private sauna bookings are subject to availability and the applicable private-hire terms and conditions.

6. Minimum membership period

6.1. Membership has a minimum commitment of two consecutive months.

6.2. The member agrees to pay the £30 monthly membership fee for at least the first two months of membership.

6.3. Following completion of the minimum two-month period, the membership will continue automatically on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled in accordance with section 7.

7. Cancellation

7.1. After the minimum two-month membership period, members may cancel their membership by giving one calendar month's notice.

7.2. Cancellation requests should be submitted to Mill Yard in writing, by email, to hello@millyardpetworth.co.uk

7.3. Membership benefits will continue during the applicable notice period, subject to payment of the membership fee.

7.4. Membership fees are non-refundable where the member chooses not to use their available sessions during a paid membership period, subject to any rights the member may have under applicable consumer law.

7.5. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory cancellation rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Cooling-off period

Where the membership is purchased online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, the member may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under applicable UK consumer law.

Where a member asks Mill Yard to provide services during this period and then exercises a statutory cancellation right, Mill Yard may be entitled to charge for services supplied up to the point of cancellation, where permitted by law.

9. Sauna safety and health

9.1. Sauna use is undertaken at the member's own responsibility and members must follow all safety instructions provided by Mill Yard.

9.2. Membership does not replace Mill Yard's sauna health and safety requirements. All members must have a current and valid Sauna Health & Safety Waiver completed and accepted by Mill Yard before using the Sauna. Members may be required to renew or update their waiver periodically or whenever there is a material change to their health or circumstances.

9.3. Members should consider whether sauna and cold-water exposure are suitable for them before participating. Where appropriate, members should seek medical advice before using the Sauna.

9.4. Members must inform the sauna host of any relevant circumstances that could affect their safe use of the Sauna and should update their Health & Safety Waiver where their circumstances change.

9.5. Members must not use the Sauna while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

9.6. Mill Yard reserves the right to ask a member to leave the Sauna if their behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others.

10. Changes to the membership

10.1. Mill Yard may reasonably change the operation, opening hours, session timetable or facilities of the Sauna from time to time.

10.2. Mill Yard will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially affect the membership.

10.3. If Mill Yard makes a material change to the membership terms or benefits, members will be notified where required by applicable law.

11. Temporary closure

11.1. The Sauna may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, adverse weather, safety considerations or circumstances outside Mill Yard's reasonable control.

11.2. Where reasonably possible, Mill Yard will provide notice of planned closures.

11.3. A temporary closure does not automatically entitle members to a refund or extension, except where required by applicable law or where Mill Yard determines that an alternative arrangement is appropriate.

12. Membership use

12.1. Membership is personal to the named member and may not be sold, transferred or shared.

12.2. Mill Yard reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where a member seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, the Sauna rules, or behaves in a way that puts staff, hosts or other customers at risk.

12.3. Where Mill Yard terminates a membership, any refund will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the termination.

13. Personal information

Mill Yard will collect and use personal information provided during the membership process for the purposes of administering the membership, processing payments, managing bookings and communicating with members.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Mill Yard's applicable privacy policy.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to this, Mill Yard's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. General

15.1. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

15.2. These terms, together with the booking conditions and sauna rules provided by Mill Yard, form the agreement between the member and Mill Yard in relation to the membership.

15.3. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

I confirm that I have read and agree to the Mill Yard Wild Sauna Membership Agreement and understand that:

• My membership costs £30 per month.

• My membership automatically renews each month.

• My membership includes 2 communal sauna sessions per month.

• Additional communal sauna sessions are available for my use only at 10% off.

• Private sauna sessions are available to me to book at 20% off.

• I am committing to a minimum membership period of 2 months.

• After the minimum period, I can cancel by giving 1 month's notice.

• My membership sessions are subject to availability and the Sauna's booking and safety rules.
