On the eve of Samhain, join Lucy for a foraging wander and a floral crafting session, making a wreath of foliage and dried flowers.

The afternoon begins with a short walk along nearby footpaths, gathering from the hedgerows. Back at the table, these finds meet a generous palette of dried stems in fiery tones and beautiful browns. Create your own wreath inspired by the magic of the Sussex countryside as it wanes toward the end of the year.

You'll leave with a piece made by your own hands, carrying the colours of the season, to warm the home through the darker months ahead.

Lucy Lee is a florist and creative who cultivates fresh and dried flowers from her studio and wild garden based at the Cowdray Estate.

Inspired by wanderings in the beauty of the Sussex countryside, she creates wildly lovely fresh and dried flower bouquets and bespoke art pieces in full floral flow.
