This monthly class is about fusion: taking the precise, mind-clearing practice of Kundalini yoga and merging it with the deep, conscious listening of Somatic work. Think of it as a 75-minute conversation between your body and your awareness — not just doing the exercises, but consciously noticing what they're doing for you, and letting that become part of the practice itself.

Kundalini Yoga is often called the 'yoga of awareness' because it works directly with your body's wiring, your nervous system, helping you witness your own patterns so you can consciously choose to shift or release them.

You'll be guided through intentional sequences, blending breath, movement, and stillness to shift stagnant energy, release old patterns of thought and behaviour, and create systematic shifts that elevate your energy and awareness.

No experience is needed. Everything is grounded, practical, and designed to fit the reality of modern life.
