Welcome to the Monkey Mind Club - a light hearted yet deeply grounding class designed to help you to quiet the inner chatter, reconnect with your body and breath, and find more stillness in your everyday life.
Led by Jack, founder of Bear & Bird, each session weaves together gentle breathwork, mindfulness tools, and guided meditations to help you understand and soften your relationship with the busy mind. Expect accessible teachings, calming practices, and just the right amount of playfulness, all rooted in presence and compassion.
You’re welcome to drop into any class, but the full six part journey (held at Mill Yard over six months) is where the magic unfolds. Each session builds on the last as we explore new tools and ways to befriend the mind and body. We recommend coming to as many as you can to really feel the shifts take root.
