Women’s Run Wild

Step away from the busyness of everyday and reconnect with your body, breath, and the outdoors.

Women's Run Wild is a supportive, women-only experience designed to help you move, reset, and recharge. This guided session blends energising and restorative breathwork, an uplifting group run, and the soothing heat of the sauna with an invigorating cold plunge.

We begin with a breathwork session in the studio to awaken the body and centre the mind. From there, we head out for a relaxed, social run through nature — focused on connection and enjoyment rather than pace or performance. After the run, we return to the warmth of the sauna to sweat, recover, and unwind, followed by calming breathwork to bring the nervous system back into balance.

After the session, you're warmly invited to continue the connection over a cuppa at Mill Yard Café
