A 360° Look at Your Brain, followed by Guided Hypnotherapy
This 90 minute workshop offers a clear, supportive, and practical understanding of how the mind and nervous system work, and why we feel the way we do.
You will be guided through a 360° explanation of the brain, including the survival response, the nervous system, and how stress, anxiety, and overwhelm develop.
We will explore how everyday thoughts, habits, and experiences influence the chemicals released in the body, and what you can do to support balance, calm, and emotional wellbeing.
The session is educational, reassuring, and focused on practical tools you can use in daily life.
The workshop finishes with a 20 minute guided hypnotherapy relaxation, designed to calm the nervous system, support regulation, and help embed what you have learned.
A welcoming space for anyone wanting to better understand themselves, feel calmer, and gain practical strategies to cope with the demands of everyday life.

Sammi Leese is a Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, and founder of A Peaceful Path.
Sammi uses gentle, evidence informed hypnotherapy to support adults and teenagers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, sleep difficulties, low confidence, phobias and ADHD. Her approach is calm, supportive and future orientated. Work is collaborative and empowering, helping clients develop personalised strategies that support progress both in and outside of sessions.
