Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

Discover Kundalini Yoga to uplift your energy and your life!

In the midst of modern living, with its demands, noise and pressure, many of us long for balance, vitality and more energy. This 2‑hour workshop offers an accessible, grounded introduction to a practice designed to awaken your energy, strengthen resilience, and create space for clarity and focus. You’ll learn simple tools to carry into everyday life, leaving the session feeling invigorated, empowered, and more connected to yourself.

Kundalini Yoga is often called the 'yoga of awareness' and is a powerful tool for these times. Unlike other forms of yoga, it doesn't require flexibility or athletic ability. Instead you'll be guided through intentional sequences (known as kriya, or “complete action”) blending breath, movement and stillness in precise ways to help release tension and create systematic shifts that elevate your energy and awareness.

This practice addresses both body and mind: on a physical level, it works with the body’s systems to shift stagnant energy, restore flow, and cultivate a heightened awareness of your inner state. Mentally and emotionally, it supports releasing old patterns of thought and behaviour, helping you reconnect with your natural radiance and insight.

Come as you are and experience an accessible introduction to this timeless practice, thoughtfully adapted for modern life.
