The Stress Bucket: and How to Empty It

Sammi Leese Hypnotherapy Workshop

A practical workshop to help you feel calmer, clearer and more in control

Do you ever feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or like everything is building up?

This workshop is designed for those who have already attended Sammi’s Your Brain Explained* workshop and would now like to take the next step in applying that understanding in a practical way.

In this session, you will revisit the stress bucket and deepen your understanding of how and why it fills up. You will then be guided through a practical exercise using a recognised technique, based on well established cognitive behavioural and acceptance based approaches, to help you sort what is in your stress bucket into what you can control, what you cannot, and what you can influence.

From there, you will learn how to take small, manageable steps to begin emptying your stress bucket in a way that feels realistic and achievable.

We will finish with a guided relaxation, allowing your brain to slow down, process and begin to let go of accumulated stress.

You will also have the option to access the Peaceful Path app, which includes guided relaxations, along with copies of what we have covered in the workshop - so you can return to it at any time and work through the exercise step by step with ease.

You will leave with:
• A clear understanding of why you feel the way you do
• Practical tools you can use in everyday life
• A simple framework to help you manage overwhelm
• A sense of calm and mental clarity

Exchange: £35

*If you haven’t yet been to Sammi’s Brain Explained workshop, there is another one taking place on the 20th April. Find a link here
