Rewrite Your Future Health: The Science of Disease Prevention & Healthy Ageing

Dr Katie Armstrong Women's Health Specialist

The diseases that kill us and affect our quality of life as we age - heart disease, stroke, dementia, diabetes and cancer - are at least in part, preventable.

Modern medicine is good at picking up disease and treating it once it’s established, Many of the changes that lead to disease begin years—sometimes decades—before symptoms or diagnosis so this is shutting the door after the horse has bolted.

Come and find out

  • what the latest science tells us about disease prevention and biological ageing, and what we can do about it.

  • which health tests are actually useful, and what they tell us about our future health (and why many tests & treatments may not be as useful as they claim)

This is an session for people of any age, female or male, who want evidence-based information about how to stay healthy for the decades ahead. There will be plenty of time for questions.

Your future health starts long before your symptoms do

The talk will take place in the Mill Yard Studio or at Clinic51 Black Barn depending on numbers.

This session is FREE - but you do need to book a place using the link below:
