Sound Bath Supper

Come feed your soul, nourish your body, and shake off the winter blues!

Join us at Mill Yard for a unique and uplifting evening of sound and seasonal dining; a sensory journey designed to support your emergence from winter, bringing people together with delicious, healthy food and good company.

Held by the resonant tones of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, we'll begin the evening in the studio with a soothing sound journey to clear the heavier layers of winter, offering a gentle re-awakening after the quieter months.

Then we’ll gather around the table in the Piggery for a seasonal supper, lovingly prepared by Petworth Plant Kitchen. Expect vibrant, nourishing dishes, delicious flavours, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere; a long communal table, a crackling log fire, and the simple joy of eating well together. Bring a friend or come solo and meet like-minded souls as we share reflections, laughter, and meaningful conversation over beautiful food.

An evening to reconnect, refresh, and enjoy something truly special together.
