Well-Spring: Ayurveda Workshop

An afternoon of seasonal health and wellbeing, guided by the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.

Spring arrives with more light, warmth and movement; a palpable softness, as life begins to stir again. As nature slowly awakens, many of us feel ready to do the same. Yet the residue of winter can cloud the transition, leaving us feeling groggy, lethargic, dull, or depleted.

In Ayurveda, spring is known as 'Kapha' season, as it embodies the heaviness of the earth and the increased moisture that accumulates through the slower, darker months. As we transition into spring, we often struggle with conditions linked to dampness, phlegm and mucous - or are aggravated by the sudden burst of new life with hay fever and allergies.

Despite our growing separation from the natural world, we are deeply affected by its rhythms and seasons.

By attuning to the season and supporting ourselves through change, we can respond to our environment, bringing balance to body, mind, and being. With seasonal guidance and holistic support, we can release the lingering heaviness of winter, draw on our latent vitality, and celebrate the gifts this season offers.

This afternoon offers practical, nourishing guidance to help you do just that — refresh, restore, and step into spring feeling supported and renewed.
